ZBANX Consumers

- How do we use data from consumers?

ZBANX Partnership primarily uses consumers’ data for the purpose of tracking a consumer from a marketing partner to a merchant. Tracking enables ZBANX Partnership to see that a consumer has visited a marketing partner's service, found a product, and clicked the link to be taken to the merchant's service to review or purchase the product.

The purpose of tracking is to attribute sales and marketing effort by a marketing partner to a particular transaction or a specific marketing action, to enable merchants to reward their marketing partners on a per transaction or a per marketing action basis. Tracking also allows ZBANX Partnership to provide merchants and marketing partners with related reports. The majority of these reports contain only aggregated statistical data.

ZBANX Partnership doesn’t know who the consumer is through out the entire process, and we only maintain a limited user profile to understand a consumer’s journey and whether a referral is commenced on one device and completed on another device.

- What data do we collect from consumers?

ZBANX Partnership may assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the consumer's Internet browser or device, often via a cookie, to single out a person but it does not reveal who that person is, on a Non-PII level. The majority of the information we collect from consumers is machine generated, and we take care not to collect data that we don’t need.

Instead of forcing consumers to pay for services online, many websites make money off advertising instead of directly charging the consumers. Our marketing partners make great content to introduce you great products you might love. They are not charging you for their work, but get rewarded for referrals from the merchants. We encourage you to join ZBANX Partnership too, to share the products which you truly love and are willing to share to your friends. Overall, we fully respect your choice as an individual, and if you prefer not to enjoy our marketing partners’ “free” service, you can choose to delete the cookies.
